Ingredients: chondroitin sulfate (30%); sodium hyaluronate (18%); L-proline (15%); Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) (15%); capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)]; anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids). The product may contain: milk, soybeans, cereals containing gluten, fish and peanuts.

 Take 1 capsule once a day with water, preferably 30 minutes before a meal. The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
